perfect for city strolls with beautiful park views
During our weekend stay, we loved that we were just a 10-minute walk from scenic Lake Estes and the nearby Estes Park Museum, making it easy to explore the beautiful surroundings and local history on foot.

Great location near beautiful mountain views.
I had a very disappointing experience during my stay. There was no one available for check-in and check-out, which made the process incredibly frustrating. Furthermore, the room was poorly maintained, with an empty shower gel dispenser that wasn't addressed during our stay. To add to the chaos, we struggled to find parking due to other guests blocking spots, and the situation was not managed well by the hotel staff.

firepit seating, hummingbird feeders, proximity to town
Lack of staff during check-in and checkout!!! Room lacked adequate electrical outlets, making it difficult for modern needs like c-pap machines!!! Uncomfortable beds and poor water pressure in the shower left much to be desired!!!

The Suite with Lake View offered a breathtaking panorama of the frozen lake and mountains, setting the stage for memorable moments. The gathering area featured an inviting campfire, perfect for s'mores under the stars. However, checkout was confusing with no staff presence, and the absence of air conditioning made the room uncomfortably warm at times, especially for guests needing extra outlets. The location was excellent, just a short drive from local attractions.

Had an amazing time with friends! We explored the gorgeous views of the Continental Divide and the Mummy Range, visited Lake Estes, and the charming town filled with fun events and shopping for everyone. The location is fantastic for adventure seekers and those who enjoy scenic beauty.
However, when we arrived, it was a bit disheartening that there wasn't any staff for check-in or check-out.

Grabbed some delicious hot dogs at a nearby food truck and enjoyed the breathtaking lake views while chowin' down. Plus, the lodge is super close to downtown, making it easy to explore local eats. Our room was clean with a lovely outdoor firepit to roast marshmallows under the stars!
Still, the lodge felt a bit basic, and we encountered zero staff during our stay to help navigate or provide info. The rooms were old with creaky furniture, definitely not worth the bucks during peak season.
